“We all eat, and it would be a sad waste of opportunity to eat badly.”

The Red Chilli Kitchen in detail
The Red Chilli Kitchen is where we make all our delicious sauces and jams. Situated near (but not on) Butcombe Farm, this purpose-built facility has a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating and provides some of the charity beneficiaries with opportunities to work in a food production environment whilst witnessing the full seed-to-sauce process.
We do our utmost to cook inline with the seasons and respective harvests. Wherever possible, we grow our own ingredients at Butcombe Farm so to dramatically reduce food miles. All our chillies come from the farm as well as other key ingredients such as onion and garlic. Many of the jams are made using locally foraged fruits, some of which are grown on the farm.
All profits from the sales of our products goes directly back into the charity to further support the disadvantaged young adults we seek to help.
This is an area of the charity which often requires help. Whether you feel you can assist by labelling bottles and jars or attend a market to help us sell, please let us know!
